Many people do not realize that they have guides to help them in their journey of life. Plants, animals, and stones offer their gifts to people. In addition, they offer their companionship and wisdom. Because many people have been separated for so long from nature, they do not know their guides.
In fact, we all have our guides but we often do not realize it. Many people do have connections to nature that they are unaware of. Some people have pets or gardens. Enjoying their pets, the owners tell stores of their pet’s antics. Gardeners have a particular love for plants and trees. Other people enjoy walking in city parks watching the squirrels chase each other through the trees.
What I do is to reconnect people with their guides. Some guides are companions for life, while other guides are companions for a part of your walk. Once you are introduced to your inner guides, you will not walk alone.
We will work together to discover your inner guides. To prepare for the session, I will give you some simple tasks to do, such as taking a nature walk. When we are finished, you will know your seven guides of your personal Medicine Wheel (East, South, West, North, Above, Below, and Inside).
