Neither Virginia Carper nor ANIMAL Teachers Enterprises collect any information about visitors to this website for any reason. If someone sends me an e-mail, their e-mail address is never shared with anyone else.
Personal information from requestors of my services is only used to conduct healing and to communicate with you. I do not collect personal information nor do I give, sell, or provide information to anyone else. I do need to know your gender for an accurate healing. I seek your birthday to ensure that you are over 18 years (for legal purposes.) When doing a distance empowerment, I need to know your location.
ETHICS
1. I do not give medical, legal, or financial advice, as I am not licensed to do so.
2. I will not invade people’s privacy, and answer questions or send empowerments to third parties.
3. I will provide compassionate, honest, and respectful assistance.
4. I will do all healings with the person fully clothed, and with hands not touching the body.

I don't want to use PayPal, can I pay by check?
Because of check fraud, I only take PayPal orders.
If I don't want the service I ordered, can I ask for a refund?
No, because Internet fraud is so common, all sales are final. Before you

How do I know you are not a fraud?
These days, this is an important question. Things that indicate the legitimacy of a web retailer are their privacy policies and code of ethics. I own my domain (funkman.org) and pay for my web hosting. This means I have a permanent place on the Internet. I offer secure payment through Pay Pal. This means that I do not gather your financial information, Pay Pal does. I offer free information on this site. In addition, I am teaching on-line classes at UniversalClass, and have been vetted by them.
