WILD BOAR

Power of Integration

wild boar

Slimmer, tougher, and more nimble than Domestic Pig, Wild Boar lives in the forests of Eurasia. His thick skin allows Wild Boar to penetrate thickets that few other animals could enter. Meanwhile, his powerful tusks can inflict serious injuries to his enemies.

Wild Boar wallows regularly in muddy holes to remove parasites from his skin. In the summer, the mud coating also protects his skin from the sun. Wallowing in the mud also helps Him to keep cool in hot weather.

Wild Boar lives in single-sex groups. Mother Wild Boar lives with her Piglets and other relatives headed by an older Sow. Meanwhile, Brother Wild Boar lives in Bachelor Groups. Father Wild Boar lives by Himself except during mating season when He joins up with other Wild Boars.

For centuries, Wild Boar has integrated Himself with people. The foundation of this relationship is food. Wild Boar takes advantage of gardens and garbage piles for food. People take advantage of Wild Boar by using Him as a food source. In France, people use Wild Boar for hunting truffles, a delicacy. Moreover, intelligent Wild Boar has come to symbolize several human ideals. For instance, Germans respected Him for his strength of character.

Wild Boar demonstrates the power of integration. He and people have gained in knowing each other. Integrate others into your life and you will be richer for it.
